MBIA LEADERSHIP
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall be composed of all elected officers, directors and affiliated association, and chapter Presidents. Additional voting members shall be the immediate Past President, State Life Directors, the National Representative and National Directors of the State Association.
Past Presidents
The Past President shall organize and serve as chair of a nominating committee and present nominees for officers of the Board of Directors, Representatives to the NAHB Board of Directors and NAHB National Committee Representatives.
Life Directors
The position of Life Director is an honorary one for members who have served on local, state or national Boards for 10 or more years. Life Directorship shall entitle such member to voting privileges as a member of the Board of Directors.
Hall of Fame
The Montana Housing Hall of Fame is an award program which recognizes and honors individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the housing industry in Montana and to the Montana Building Industry Association.
Builder of the Year
An honor bestowed on a builder who represents the best of the MBIA. To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a member in good standing of the Montana Building Industry Association and one of the affiliated local associations.
Associate of the Year
To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a member in good standing of the Montana Building Industry Association and one of the affiliated local associations.
