Andy Shirtliff, Executive Director

Born and raised in Montana, Andy has lived and worked all across our great state.

He has a background of championing for small business owners, streamlining regulations, and developing workforce strategies.

He lives in Helena with his wife, her two sons, and their two pups.

Raised in Montana, Amber Jensen has spent the past 15 years in management. Her professional goals have led her to leadership networks and communication programs. In her spare time, she loves to explore with her family, including two dogs. She's especially proud of her greatest accomplishment, being a mother.

Safety Manager - GRIP@MontanaBIA.com

Monty is our Safety Program Manager and coordinator for the GRIP trainings across the state.

He is a Veteran of the US Army and a proud father and Papa to his grandkids.
