The voice of Montana’s housing industry since 1968, the Montana Building Industry Association is made up of construction companies, associate entities that support the construction industry and our affiliates from across Montana. Our mission is to protect and promote the building industry.
Our goal is to support our members as they grow their businesses and promote their products and services toward a singular goal of homeownership at all levels of attainability. We advocate and lobby for our members at the local, state and national levels.
Home Ownership Should Be Attainable
Our members can take advantage of our exclusive GRIP (Guiding Readiness, Insuring Prevention) Safety training program in partnership with Montana State Fund! This program promotes, educates and trains on workplace safety and is proven to reduce workers compensation costs, injuries, and expenses. Classes are Free for all MBIA GRIP members.

With help from our Foundation, we work with our members and our community to build a legacy worth leaving to our future generations. Through donations, we promote our education, outreach and safety programs and aim to provide a safe, educational and exciting career path for those who seek a non-traditional entry into the workforce, with no debt and immediate income earning potential.
